Fit Living for Active Women: Eat Well. Be Strong and Thrive in Perimenopause and Beyond

This is a three month program with six-week intensive workshop in-person or online. You will apply evidence-based information in nutrition, exercise science and recovery so you address health challenges and achieve your personal strength and fitness goals. You will overcome barriers that have stopped you before. After six weeks you will have continued on-line support to implement change. At the end of three months we will come together again and celebrate your successes! 

You'll receive access to:

  • Six-week intensive in-person integrated health, lifestyle and sport performance coaching.
    Information, discussion, and tools so you can prioritize action in nutrition, exercise and recovery and find lasting change.
  • Extensive resources on mindset, nutrition, training & recovery all with the female in mind.
  • Three months on-going coach support and accountability.
