Step 1: Mark your calendars. The challenge is delivered via email every day starting February 20th. You may need to check your promotions or spam. Please mark my email when you find it as safe.
2. Come prepared to learn: don't be afraid to bring a notebook and ask questions at any point (my inbox is always open).
3. You can join my closed Facebook group and meet/chat with other challengers and browse the wealth of information that is there (if you're not in my group already)
4. GET EXCITED! There is a lot of information being shared during this five day challenge that will help elevate your athleticism to the next level. It's something to be excited for!
