You want a plan that has you, the female athlete in perimenopause and beyond in mind. You want to lift heavy (for you). You want to do high intensity, sprint interval and endurance training (ideally in all 3-sports if your a triathlete). AND you don't want to be burnt-out or injured anymore.  You have arrived!  

This coaching will: 

  • get you fit, strong and keep going day in and day out in the sport(s) of your choice.
  • integrates training and nutrition tips that are specific to the female body! 
  • includes live sessions on the bike (always recorded too), access to a coach every week so you can ask questions, make adjustments and get the actual support in mindset, nutrition, training and recovery you need.
