Meet your Coaches
Tenille Hoogland
Tenille is the founder of Element Sports Coaching and creator of the MNTR Integrated Training System. Her passion is helping athletes understand their stress, strain, fueling, and recovery so they can perform at their best in sport and in life. She believes performance is not about perfection. It is about awareness, intention, and courageous action.
Savannah Holmes
Sav is an ultra endurance athlete and competitive triathlete based in Kelowna. Her true love is running, where she obsesses over finding the rhythm and stride that will go forever. After rehabbing a broken neck, she has seen firsthand the incredible resilience of the human body and believes that power exists in everyone. She views mind and body as one system and believes even the smallest muscles play an essential role. For Sav, nothing beats finding wildflowers on a long run, having her husband join her for a ride, or hiking in the mountains with her dog George.
