Why MNTR Exists
Endurance training involves far more than completing workouts.
Without a system, athletes are left reacting adjusting training, fueling, or recovery in isolation, often without understanding why.
MNTR exists so nothing in your training happens alone.
Every decision is connected: body, mind, and the way you relate to your training.

What MNTR Includes
MNTR is a living system athletes engage with throughout the year. It includes:
A progressive, coach-led 6-week conversation that builds understanding and is revisited and layered over time.
Guidance on using heart rate, power, pace, and perceived effort to understand training load, recovery, and adaptation.
Fine-tuning protein, fat, and carbohydrate guidelines so training is fueled, recovery supported, and energy extends beyond workouts.
An appreciation and understanding of body signals and the ability to adjust mindset, nutrition, training, or recovery to support the body.

How Athletes Use MNTR in Practice
MNTR is not something athletes read once and move on from. It is applied daily.
