Hey, I’m Tenille Hoogland, a passionate sport endurance coach for female athletes. I partner with women who are courageous and curious about how they can transform their nutrition and training to align with their body, reach their goals and move from plateau to performance.

I educate, guide, support, (sometimes work you harder than you thought possible) and honour your wisdom to integrate your whole being - body, mind and spirit into the goals that inspire you!
