Step 1: Mark your calendars for June 19th, when we will have a kick off meeting (more details to come via email).

2. Come prepared to learn: don't be afraid to bring a notebook and ask questions at any point (my inbox is always open).

3. You can join my closed Facebook group and meet/chat with other people if you're interested.

4. GET EXCITED! There is a lot of information that will broaden your understanding of how our bodies work in midlife, and how you can use that knowledge to your advantage!
