It All StartsWith A Dream...
All great things start out really small. They start out as a dream, a what if...Â
Maybe you’ve been sitting on the sidelines for a while watching races, following athletes online, quietly wondering could I do that?
Maybe you’ve been investigating the sport from a distance, reading articles, listening to podcasts, or imagining yourself at a start line.
Maybe you’re already a runner or cyclist, curious about multisport and what it might feel like to try something new.
Or maybe you’re like me. Knocked off course a few times by life, health, or circumstance, and slowly finding your way back.
However it begins, and whatever path brings you here, it always starts the same way: with a dream.
Not a loud one. Not a polished one. Just a quiet inner pull that says, I want to see what’s possible.
And now that you have that dream you are asking yourself, how do I make it possible??
Change is a process
- An intention is set
- Curiosity follows
- Small, inconsistent actions begin
- Consistency starts to form
- A clear plan takes shape
- It becomes a lifestyle

Who We Are (and Why This Exists)
Team Element is a coaching collective built to help everyday women train with confidence, consistency, and care.
We believe strong, capable athletes are built through progression, patience, and smart support! Not burnout or pressure.
Whether you’re new to endurance sport, returning after time away, or simply craving a more grounded way to train, you don’t need to “earn” your place here. You just need a starting point that makes sense.
At Team Element, beginners aren’t an afterthought; they’re the foundation.
What does it mean to be a Beginner?
Being a beginner has nothing to do with age, body size, or potential.
A beginner is someone who:
- Is new to structured endurance training
-
Is returning after injury, illness, or a long break
-
Has trained inconsistently and wants a sustainable reset
-
Wants guidance instead of guessing
Why this matters:
Training like an intermediate or advanced athlete before your body is ready is one of the fastest ways to stall progress, lose confidence, or get injured.
Starting at the right level builds:
-
Strong aerobic foundations
-
Resilient joints and tissues
-
Confidence and self-trust
-
Long-term consistency
Beginner training isn’t “less than.”
It’s intentional.
How We Support Beginners
We take a human-first, evidence-based approach to beginner training.
That means:
-
Clear structure without overwhelm
-
Progression that respects real life
-
Coaching language that’s supportive, not intimidating
-
Space to learn, ask questions, and grow
You’ll never be expected to “keep up” or prove yourself here.
You’ll be coached to build up — safely and confidently.
