Meet Claire Callaghan

Claire Callaghan is a Chartered Physiotherapist specialising in Women's Physical Health, Wellbeing and Performance. A Physio for over 25 years, Claire has an MSc in Sport and Exercise Physiotherapy and has treated many women, from the relatively inactive through to female Olympic Gold Medallists and finalists across various sports. She is passionate about sharing knowledge and thoughts on how women can understand their bodies, hormonal effects on injuries and repair and how to be at their best and achieve their goals, whatever they may be.
