Meet Julie Shobe
Julie specializes in helping ultra runners (or new to ultra running) feel confident in their ability to fuel for their upcoming ultramarathons. Using her fueling methods (and support with fuel planning) ultra runners overcome stomach upset or not wanting to eat so they finish races faster, while feeling better and recovering quicker. Julie has been a registered dietitian and ultra runner since 2010. She has an ultra running husband and two young daughters.
