Mironda Meyer is a fitness professional with over 20 years experience. Certified through NASM, and also is a Corrective Exercise Specialist as well as a Performance Enhancement Specialist. Certifications also include: FMS, Precision Nutrition L1 & L2, Crossfit L1 Trainer and Dr Stacy Sims course Women Are Not Small Men Her focus is on helping the menopausal athlete who want to look and perform their best while getting stronger than ever and more confident without fad dieting and counting calories. She helps women know what’s happening to their bodies during the menopause transition and what strategies can help mitigate menopausal symptoms and so that we can thrive. She empowers women through her 16 week program to explore what it is that they really want to do that lights them up and give them support around taking the next steps to accomplish it. Having more adventures while injury proofing their bodies. When women feel good about themselves and they are living a life full of adventures then everyone around them is also empowered.
