Upon payment you will be sent a detailed intake form and a login link for access to all the programming. You will also be sent instructions to connect to coach Tenille in Training Peaks.
Please note that this does not include a personalized training plan. You will be responsible for changing the workouts to the day that works for you. That said, you can always connect at office hours or email for support. If you want the plan individualized then you can also book a session one-on-one with Tenille!
