Shawna Norton is a CrossFit Coach, Sports Nutritionist, and Founder of Competitive Female Training, an all Women's Online CrossFit and Strength Programming. After graduating with her bachelors in Kinesiology from San Diego State, she began her journey as a health and wellness professional.
